Blueberries - the wonder fruit

The Blueberry is a truly remarkable fruit. They are literally bursting with nutrients and flavor, yet very low in calories.

Recently, researchers at Tufts University analyzed 60 fruits and vegetables for their antioxidant capability. Blueberries came out on top, rating highest in their capacity to destroy free radicals.

If that isn't enough, they are excellent sources of vitamin C, dietary fiber and vitamin E.

In short, if they aren't a part of your diet, they should be.
